That’s why we offer two aviation science degrees in aviation management and flight training, as well as a minor that complements nearly any bachelor’s degree. Our graduates go on to careers as pilots and work in other areas of aviation and airport management.

The BSU Aviation Science program provides comprehensive flight training and aviation management education, encourages lifelong learning, and prepares our graduates to be aviation leaders serving the dynamic aviation industry in Massachusetts and beyond.

Flexible coursework and aviation training

Unlike other colleges with aviation programs, BSU’s aviation science degree coursework can be taken online, in person and in a hybrid format. You’ll also complete your flight time at our aviation training center in New Bedford, 30 minutes south of campus.
